Need a new set of Business Cards I know the style I want, just a simple clean design. The front of the card will have a spot varnish and so will not actually be printed, and the reverse will just have simple contact details
Bit of a sad note with this one, the client approved the logo design and was very happy with it, which led to another stationary package being created. The ideas were sent over to the client but unfortunately nothing has been heard of since. This could of been a nice client to work with as the logo could of been adapted to different media and uses.
Below are the designs which were sent over. One of the requirements in the initial brief was that the varying safety marks be included on the designs.
Business Card (single side), Compliment Slip and letterhead
Once the client had approved the logo design it was back to the drawing board (well when I say that I mean my mac in the studio) to create their corporate look. This included designing the companies stationary, which comprised of business cards, letterhead and compliment slip.
The design then went further to include physical branding on their premises.

My logo design was picked to be used on all the corporate stuff, pretty chuffed about this, my design beat the big bosses idea! – IF you need a refresher should be a few posts down!
Ok so as promised here is some work I have been working on. Below are examples of branding for Southport Tourism board.
The tag line Pull up a chair is reference to the various different events that the tourism board can cater for. Conferences/ Nightlife/ Relaxation etc
Wow, Its been that long since my last post it was a month ago!!
Well ok maybe not 28+ days but still a lot longer than I wanted!! I knew that last week I wouldnt be posting much if anything! I was after a week away, not having to worry about deadlines or submissions!! I did however try to get all my current work photographed, and to be honest it didnt go to well, I really need to be in a studio with some proper lighting instead of my kitchen top counter! So in all honesty had a pretty lazy week, althought the flat is now all ready for christmas and I think I have got better at FIFA10
Back to the grind this week and will hopefully get back into the swing of posting, there are some bits I need to send over so will hopefully get that up tomorrow!!
So for the next 5 days im off work, having a nice relaxed week before the run up to christmas, amazing as I havent had a proper week off since Glastonbury in June, just how do I do it!
Posts may be fewer this week, I am putting this week aside for relaxing/ drinking and trying to get the website sorted. Not necessarily in that order but probably! I have a lot of work to photograph and load on so any decent shots will be added to the blog.
Middle of the week, all down hill from here …. yea right!!
